So here is my craft for the week. I found the idea on the Internet somewhere and really liked the idea, I just changed a few things. It is in one of those frames that doesn't have a back to it and the letters are those fancy cardboard letters used for scrapbooking. I didn't really like the frame being black, but it is hard to find a nice frame that isn't black.

this week's craft...

Cute Brenley! Do you really do a craft every week? Can I move in with you? I have no time for crafts and I miss it! I went to Michaels the other day and I felt inspired to become a painter, but I have no time! PLus it's hard living only in a bedroom...no room for all my crap; it's in storage. Someday...

I love it! Did you put the letters onto scrapbooking paper? It's beautiful....would be perfect for family Christmas gifts...hmmmm I might just steal this idea.
Em-No, I don't do a craft everyweek, but I try to have a craft or project to work on everyweek to keep me busy.
Kim-yes the letters are on scrapbook paper, then I sanded the edges of the paper. I like things to look rustic or worn. Then I just added a couple embellishments. It was super easy and the most expensive part was the frame. It would make a great gift so go ahead and try it.

Brenley- Can you do anything else? I think you are wonder-woman! I haven't gotten to do crafts for a long time, but think I might just hire you! :)
