Well, here is the story!
I have been bugging Hubs to let me go to Oregon and visit with Mac. So then Hubs ended up having to go to Oregon for some work meetings and we decided to splurge so Mac and I would go with him. But we decided to just tell everyone that Hubs was coming and we would surprise everyone with us being there. I did everything I could so that my mom would be surprised. I even posted a lie about Hubs being gone and Mac and I were home alone. We made plans with my parents for Hubs to stop by because they had Mylisa and Hubs hadn't seen her since we moved to Montana. Hubs went in first and I waited a few minutes before I knocked on the door.

Okay just kidding...surprises are the best!!! And it was so worth it to see your mom scream in happiness and call you a brat a million times. So funny!

That's fantastic! My family is famous for surprises like that. Often we'll conspire with one member of the family so that everyone else is shocked. It's so fun. The video is fantastic!
I started to cry I was so happy for your mom. Notice now that you have McCoy she grabbed for him first:) So much fun!
Watching it again was just as fun as the first time, except you were with me. I did turn off the volume, I wouldn't want to later have to ask my kids where they learned the word BRAT and have them respond from Wilma. It was The Exact word I would have guessed she would use.

That video is the BEST!! I never would be able to pull something like that off. Hearing your Mom say Brat brought back some memories of course not of me I was never a Brat! I love it when she just grabbed McCoy and ran in leaving you in the doorway... how exciting!

I'm so glad you were able to give everyone a good surprise! The video gave me a good laugh. I don't know your parents, but I could see mine acting in a similar way. Thanks for sharing the story and not keeping me in suspense for too long!

I LOVE it! Thanks for posting the link for us to see. Surprises are SO much fun! I'm so so anxious to come see Oaklee, but I'm just getting over strep. I'm finally feeling better this evening (and I don't think I'm contagious anymore), but I still want to give it a little bit longer to make sure I don't have any germs to pass on to Oaklee. Can't wait!!!
