Faces in Places

Hubs and I saw the link to this blog on TV the other day, and I thought of these pictures I took a few years ago at the Oregon Coast!

Our Easter...

Well, It didn't feel a whole lot like Easter. Mostly because we weren't with our family and it was Stake Conference. But it was a beautiful day, sunny but cold. And we had this little handsome guy in our arms which makes any day better!

Grandma W bought Mac this super cute Easter outfit and Grandma C and Grandpa G. sent him this bunny from "Build-A-Bear" that they made for him. It even has them recorded saying "We love you Mac!" How cute is that?

Daddy hated these bunny ears, he thought that it was cruel for me to make him wear them for pictures. I thought that he looked so cute!

We also colored Easter eggs!

Some friends invited us over for Easter dinner and we ate some yummy ham! It was nice to have some place to go.

The BEST Birthday!!

It was the best birthday...I woke up this morning to the beautiful sunshine, my husband lying next to me in bed and my sweet, beautiful son cooing in his crib! It can't get better than that!!

We celebrated by going out to eat Thursday night and getting my favorite meal in Helena...a Wrangler Sandwich from MacKenzie River Pizza, YUMMMM! Then last night Hubs let me open my present...an IPod Nano! He also got me Costco's butter croissants instead of a birthday cake...he knows me too well, I hate cake!! Then this afternoon we invited some friends (Heather and Nick) to go ride the carousel with us and then get ice cream. I got apple beer instead!

HAPPY SPRING!!!

YAY, it is the FIRST DAY OF SPRING!!!

Spring is my favorite season, although I may be a bit biased since my birthday is in Spring and my middle name is Spring!

However I am not quite sure I like the way Montana celebrates the first day of SPRING...it is not with beautiful daffodils or tulips or yummy smelling blossoming trees!

Well here he is on his actual 3 month birthday!

These are the two faces we see most of the time. Mac has turned into such a good sweet baby! He loves to suck on his fists. He laughed for the first time today (too bad it was for a total stranger (too him)). He is very ticklish. He holds his head up so well. He loves playing under his little gym and sometimes he even is able to grab the little fishy hanging above him. He has also managed to rub a bald spot on the back of his head, it is so cute! he has totally grown out of everything that is 0-3 months and is even wearing a few things that are 6 months. He is also enjoying his car seat way more, and it is cute to watch him look out the windows now. Oh and the cutest thing he does it stare at his fist, it is always cracking us up!

We love this boy, if you couldn't tell!

These jammies are for 6 months, but he fills them out pretty good, although the pants are still a little on the long side.

Birth Announcement...

Well, I got MOST of these sent out, I have just a few more. I ran out of supply's and still need to get some to finish the last few.

3 Months old TODAY...

but these are his 1 MONTH pictures!

I never posted these because I wasn't sure which picture I was going to use for his birth announcements.

They are not the best, the lighting was way too harsh. I was playing around with my external flash and the new diffuser I got for it.

Craft...

I made these for a friends baby shower this week.

I made a cute pink version for another friend a few weeks ago, but i didn't think to take pictures of it.

Warmth, Sunshine, a walk...

...and a really nice quick visit with "C"!

The weather was beautiful yesterday! It got almost to 60 degrees and the wind was hardly blowing, so it actually felt like it was almost 60 degrees. We just couldn't resist a walk! This was Mac's first time riding in the stroller. He did really well and I think he liked it, he didn't cry anyway.

C was in town with a friend and she stopped by for just a few minutes! I always love seeing her! She looked great and really seems to being doing great! That makes me so happy! I can't even express how much I love this girl!

He has found his hand and can stare at it for quite awhile! It makes us laugh!
