For those of you who know me well, you know that I don't really like ice cream! I am not like the rest of the world who craves it all the time. I have been told many times that it is UNamerican to not like ice cream, but I only agree that it is ODD,
really odd! I have never been much for it for as long as I can remember...
...but for some odd reason last night at about 8pm I was having a craving for ice cream
(NO, I am not pregnant!!!). So my amazing husband said that he would go to the store for me and buy me a carton! So at 8:30 last night I was munching on Rocky Road!! YUM YUM!
Seriously, what is wrong with me!!!

I HATE ice-cream too. Let's be unamerican together. I have been craving salad like a madwoman lately. I hate salad.
Yummm. I wonder what your problem is? :) Are you sure you're not pregnant? You know that happens...adopt a baby, get pregnant with a baby. Though I'm sure you are probably just starting to join the rest of us "Americans". Enjoy the yummy coldness of it while the craving lasts. :)
I just got hooked on Rocky Road, but not just any Rocky Road, Haagen Daaz Rocky Road, Soooooo Gooooooood!!!!
Well, I hate chocolate, so I won't judge you...but why rocky road? There are so many better kinds Brenley...seriously...
Way to go giving into your cravings...sometimes you just have to, and it feels so great! How nice of Bryce to go get some for you.
I love Rocky Road...but are you sure your not prego? It happened to a friend of mine, adopted twin and was prego in a month!
Ice Cream is a staple at certain times =) McCoy is absolutely beautiful! It feels like an out of body experience to watch you with him. It just seems so natural that he is your baby boy. I really don't even know what I am trying to say. I hope all is well with "C" I think about her all the time. This is the closest I have been to another birth mom. I am positive with a family like you her heart is completely at peace! You guys are another Mike and Elisa to me. Your little boy will NEVER lack love, you can see it and feel it with every picture that is posted! These spirits are so choice that come to families like yours through adoption. They are starting their lives out just like our Savior did. He was adopted by His earthly father Jospeh! Being invloved in adoption makes me realize how it is more prevelent then I would have thought it to be, but in the scheme of things it is SO small. How sacred to be a part of this experience. For families like you to essentialy take on the role of Joseph and your little McCoy to be raised , loved, cherished and sealed to you and by you. I hope I made sense. I know that in the world of adoption we can all put our emotions out there and feel like they don't make sense but in all reality they do on both sides. I think that we are protected sometimes by being mortals to not fully feel or understand this sacred process. I feel like if I did I would explode. I hope to meet you in person someday!!!! Congratulations, Mom and Dad!
That is so funny! I was really surprised when you said before that you didn't like ice cream... I must warn you, once you start you can't stop! :)
