This week ended up being an interesting week as Mac ended up with strep throat and Hubs ended up with a terrible case of food poisoning. I had to take Hubs to the doctor on Valentines day and then to the hospital for a CT scan. He did not get out of bed for three days straight because he was in so much pain.
Even with two people our house were sick I still managed to get some heart shaped pancakes made for breakfast.
And some how I managed to get in our candle light dinner with the kids. Bryce didn't get out of bed.
And I did make some yummy treats so it wasn't a total loss of a day.
Oak made this cute card for her daddy.
Once the antibiotics started kicking in all Hubs wanted to eat was chicken noodle soup. So I attempted to make some from scratch for the very first time. It actually turned out really good and he devoured it after not eating anything for a few days.
A cool rainbow we saw out our family room window.
Once Hubs was feeling better Oak kept on bugging him about why he didn't do anything for her and Mac for Valentines Day. By the end of the week he was feeling bad about it and made these cute little valentines for each of us.
Grandma C ended up being able to do her annual grandkid valentine party. The kids looking handsome for church the next day.
